CORK HARBOUR BOATS

Cork Harbour Boats operates from the historic town of Cobh, County Cork, which commands panoramic views of the beautiful Cork Harbour.

Cork Harbour Boats have two fast sea angling boats. Cuan Bán is a 38ft Aqua Star with a 350 HP engine. Castle Maiden is a 36ft offshore 105 with a 400 HP engine. Both are fully equipped and each boat is licensed for up to 12 passengers. Species of fish caught include blue shark, ling, cod, pollack, conger eel and ray.

Cork Harbour, after Sydney is the second largest harbour in the world and offers sheltered fishing in all but the strongest winds, so when it is too rough to fish the open sea the harbour is a welcome alternative. It is one of the finest natural and well-sheltered harbours in the world. It is equally famous as being the last port of call for the Titanic and for its sea angling.
