For Thanksgiving, we spoke to Neil, Damian, Michael, Ryan and Emmet about their favourite foods for this special occasion or just generally what is their favourite food? It turns out that the boys love sweet food. Don’t we all! So, this month, we have a bit of a mix mash from our 5 principle singers with their favourite recipes. So, it’s roast potatoes, Minted lamb chops, strawberry cheesecake, apple tart and banoffee pie. We did tell you that they liked their desserts. Wonderful recipes from each of the guys.

BEST PINT OF GUINNESS IN IRELAND
I drink Guinness, I love it. It’s supposedly an acquired taste but I don’t understand that because I love it so I think everybody should love it. It’s a wonderful feeling to go in to a really nice pub that’s warm and comfy. When I mean comfy, I’m really talking about a nice pub where the bar-person knows how to pull a proper pint of Guinness and the pub is clean and warm! I got a quote from the lovely Elaine who runs the fan club, who’s Dad always said “There is no such thing as a bad pint of Guinness, some are just better than others”.
