SUMMER SALAD RECIPES
Summer is in the air! May is a great month for bluebells and The Dawn Chorus. The swallows have migrated back to Ireland after the Winter and most swallows have started to breed.
Festival season is beginning and we’re taking out the campervans, caravans and getting ready to go on our holidays!
It’s also the season for our lovely vegetables to be coming in and it’s the time for lovely salads as fresh as can be and straight from the ground.

THE SOUTH LEINSTER WALK
The South Leinster Way is a long-distance walking route which runs from Kildavin, Co. Carlow to Carrick-on-Suir in Co. Tipperary covering 102 kilometers (64 miles) in length and ascending some 1600 meters.
